There are no committee sign-offs to navigate, no mandates that shift between first conversation and heads of terms, and no surprises late in the process.
We take the time to understand every opportunity properly before we respond, which means that when we do engage, we do so with conviction. We are not a firm that ties up assets whilst it works out whether it is interested. If we are at the table, we are serious.
We will always be honest with you about our interest and our position. If an opportunity is not right for us, we will tell you promptly and explain why. If it is, we will move quickly and work with you to get the transaction done.
